Li Na’s Brillant Winner’s Speech at the 2014 Australian Open

Be it the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes, the Emmy Awards or the Grammy Awards, or just about any other show with something to win, the winner usually delivers a winner’s speech, sometimes also called award speech. All these winners are employed in an area somewhat related to the written, spoken, acted, or sung word. And yet it is rare to really encounter a great speech.
